Waterston St

Waterston is a recently constructed residence situated in the historic Clarksville neighborhood. Governed by the Old West Austin Neighborhood Association's guidelines for new constructions, we opted to create a small cottage-style house with a historic appearance at the street-facing entry. This transitions into a more contemporary design for the main section, culminating in a roof terrace offering views of the city skyline. A modern container pool is elegantly incorporated into a shallow courtyard as part of the design.
