Steve Zagorski, Principal

Steve’s work conveys that generous space, plentiful light and careful proportions lead to a timeless home. He obtained his Master of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin, and his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Kentucky. Steve’s work has been featured in Archello, Amazing Architecture, Home World Design, and E-Architect. He has been designing in Austin since 1992.

Nathan Garcia, Project Designer

Nathan believes above all else, architecture is an intimate service-based industry. Getting to create unique and deeply personal spaces specific to each client fuels his creativity. In his free time Nathan enjoys spending time outdoors rock climbing, hiking, and camping with his wife, Shannon, and their dog Tuxie. He is also an Iron-Man all world athlete and is working towards qualifying for the world championships. Nathan received his Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design from Texas A&M and received his Master’s degree in Architecture from the Yale School of Architecture where he also completed a Rivendell fellowship through the Yale Rivendell Institute. Nathan was born and raised in Austin, Texas and has been working here since 2021.

Paul McCoy, Visual Communications

Paul is invested in the education and optimization of image making that is accessible to everyone. He believes that architecture is a form of spatial media that is best experienced when assumptions of how things work are delayed to maintain a person’s sense of curiosity at all times, never quite understanding it fully. Paul is an award winning designer that holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University. He is a Lecturer at the University of Texas, and a Founder of Pixelweight, a design representation practice.
