Treadwell St

Designed in collaboration with owners Colin and Tesse, along with Paul Rousselle, the Treadwell house embraces a courtyard, reflecting a recurring theme inspired by Spanish colonial architecture prevalent across the Southwest. Initially conceived for security, courtyards continue to offer a private and defendable space, now valued primarily for privacy in modern times. Treadwell represents a contemporary interpretation of the courtyard house concept, featuring a pool and terrace integrated within its design.
