The Miltons

We developed two adjacent houses on separate lots. One of the houses borders Bolden Creek, boasting a larger lot size, while the other serves as a main unit with an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) on a smaller lot. The Bolden Creek property features a charming pool courtyard and encompasses all the standard functions of a full-sized residence. The main house and ADU on the smaller lot are more compact in size, accommodating two smaller dwellings within limited space. We aimed to innovate with the exterior designs of both houses, exploring unconventional approaches to enhance their aesthetics.
