The Bonnies

Developers frequently opt to construct adjacent projects for economic reasons and to maximize profit margins. These two residences are situated in the Tarrytown neighborhood of Austin, close to Lake Austin. Each house features a rooftop viewing terrace, a common feature in many of our contemporary designs. The terrace in this instance offers panoramic views of the lake and serves as an extension of the yard, which is relatively compact. These designs embody straightforward and efficient solutions to their intended purposes. Notably, we have previously designed three additional houses on Bonnie with different clients.
