SL Davis Ave

Conceived as a multi-family redevelopment of a suburban block, this project effectively doubles the housing units compared to traditional subdivided lots, thereby increasing density. Unlike some of our more idiosyncratic projects, this design leans towards rationality and efficiency. The aim is to cater to first-time homebuyers in the downtown Austin area.
