Reagan Terrace

A custom residence strategically situated on the urban side of Travis Heights, featuring a viewing platform. The design underwent multiple iterations, culminating in three interconnected cubes. Similar to the tale of Goldilocks and the three bears, these cubes create a stepped exterior leading up to a viewing terrace that offers stunning vistas of downtown Austin. The rear courtyard includes a lap pool and south-facing terraces adorned with steel pergolas.
