Newning St

A bespoke residence with a viewing platform situated on the city-facing side of Travis Heights. This design underwent several iterations before being realized as three interconnected cubes. Reminiscent of "Goldilocks and the Three Bears," the cubes ascend in a stepped manner, culminating in a viewing terrace offering stunning vistas of downtown Austin. The rear courtyard features a lap pool and south-facing terraces adorned with steel pergolas.
