A custom residence featuring a pool courtyard and viewing platforms, nestled in Northwest Hills with expansive city views. Positioned on the side of a sloping ridge overlooking the stunning Austin hills, the design underwent multiple iterations before being realized as three interconnected cubes. Similar to the story of Goldilocks and the three bears, these cubes create a stepped exterior leading up to a viewing terrace that offers breathtaking vistas of downtown Austin. The rear courtyard includes a lap pool and south-facing terraces adorned with steel pergolas.
