The objective of this project was to design a primary residence alongside a smaller dwelling, often referred to as an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU), situated on a narrow lot enveloped by heritage trees. Employing rotational elements within the architecture enabled us to achieve the desired interior space for both structures. The remaining outdoor areas seamlessly interconnect the units, crafting an inviting façade upon arrival.
