Chelsea Ln

This project is an earlier version of a house we previously designed and built on this site. I chose to feature the previous iteration on the website because it exudes a more playful and engaging vibe, albeit possibly less marketable. Uphill or downhill lots often present challenges and typically yield designs that are distinct from those on flat lots. This particular project was situated on a slightly uphill lot in the Travis Heights area of Austin. The design encompasses a garage, living, dining, kitchen, study/guest room, and master suite on the first level, with three bedrooms and a game room on the second level.
