It was a unique request to combine a gallery space with a living suite. Situated in downtown Austin, spanning a floodplain and across from one of the city's former tourist attractions, the Graffiti Park (now defunct), added to the project's distinctive setting. The design included a living, dining, and kitchen area alongside three bedrooms, complemented by a spacious terrace offering views of the city skyline. The structure took the form of a simple, elevated unit above a garage, strategically positioned above the floodplain.
