Ashby Ln

Ashby is a 5000sf house with a detached guest house that forms a courtyard surrounding a pool. Designed for a local real estate developer and his newly wed, the house also has a rooftop terrace with a view of the city of Austin. As with most houses we like to create a sense of an indoor outdoor environment given the climate of central Texas.
