In the Deep Eddy area of Austin, another small lot presented an opportunity for a somewhat sculpturally cubist house design. Intersecting forms harmonize to create a unified residence. At the rear, a vacation-like ambiance emerges where the living, dining, and kitchen areas extend to a pool area. Due to the compact size of the lot and resulting smaller house, the primary bedroom is located on the second level. An distinctive metal screen adds a unique touch to the carport wall facing the street.
