A modern residence situated in Rollingwood, featuring a pool courtyard, encompasses the main living areas including living, dining, kitchen, master bedroom, study/guest room, and game room on the first level. The second level comprises four bedrooms and a media room. This project marked a departure for us in terms of exterior design, notably incorporating sloping soffits. The staircase, typically a functional element in homes, became a prominent feature within this house's design.
