The house features an expansive open floor plan that opens up to the rear pool area, complemented by a portal gate entry for vehicles. The design highlights a striking front metal fascia, creatively articulated as a sculptural element, complete with an oculus piercing through the roof plane. A spiral staircase leads to a private game room, offering a dedicated space for after-hours activities such as card games enjoyed by the owner.
